For the best shipping experience, all frostings and toppings are shipped on the side. YOU get to choose how much topping you put on your roll!

SHIPPING: To maintain freshness orders are usually shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. CINNAMOM will ship on other days depending on the location as long as it is deemed the cinnamon rolls will arrive within 2-4 days. *Please note that shipments to Northwestern States are usually shipped on Mondays to avoid weekend delays.

Order early for holidays and special occasions! *You are able to specify when you want the package to arrive. CINNAMOM cannot guarantee delivery on certain holidays as it depends on which day of the week the holiday falls on and the shipping carrier. We will try our very best to deliver as close to the day you choose as possible, but sometimes they will arrive a little earlier.
We ship UPS standard ground 2-4 day shipping. If you need expedited shipping, you may choose how quickly you need your package to arrive at checkout. We cannot ship to addresses outside of the U.S. or P.O. boxes. As soon as your order is processed, we will notify you via email, which will include your shipping tracking code. Please note that most packages are not shipped the same day that the shipping label is created.
If you want to ship identical packages to multiple addresses, to avoid entering each order separately, just email what you want to order along with the list of addresses. We will calculate the total and email you an invoice that you can pay with a credit card. We will take care of the rest for you!

STORAGE: Our rolls can be left at room temperature, and are best when consumed within 4-5 days after arrival. Simply add the frosting and toppings and heat them in the microwave for 35-45 seconds per jumbo roll. Or, if you prefer, our rolls can be frozen upon arrival, so you can enjoy them all at a later time or take one out when desired. If covered and sealed tightly cinnamon rolls as well as toppings may be frozen for up to 6 months. Be sure to freeze immediately upon arrival of shipment. Cinnamon rolls are baked, cooled and carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure freshness for you.

REHEATING: Preferred Method–An individual cinnamon roll may be reheated in the microwave oven for 35-45 seconds (all microwaves vary). An individual frozen cinnamon roll may take 60+ seconds to heat. Or, (before frosting) you can preheat the oven to 350 degrees; turn it off and put entire pan wrapped in foil in the warm oven for about 5 minutes and serve!! Be careful not to overheat as this will dry out the rolls.
